PHA Sauce Cups
Small-format condiment cups molded from 100% PHA, a bio-based polyester produced by bacterial fermentation of renewable feedstock. Designed for sauces, dressings, dips, and tasting portions in restaurants, catering, and food service operations. The material is home compostable, marine biodegradable, and naturally oil resistant without any fluorinated (PFAS) treatment, so it meets the tightening restrictions on intentionally added PFAS in food contact articles. Heat resistance to 85°C keeps the cup rigid with hot gravy, cheese sauce, or freshly fried condiments.

PHA Single-Use Cups
Thermoformed cold drink cups made from 100% PHA, engineered as a direct replacement for PET and PLA single-use cups. The material delivers genuine optical clarity and rigidity, so iced coffee, smoothies, juices, and bubble tea present exactly as they would in conventional plastic — while remaining home compostable and marine biodegradable. Unlike PLA, PHA does not require an industrial composting facility at 58-60°C to break down, which matters in markets where such infrastructure does not exist.

PHA Coffee Capsules
Single-serve coffee capsules molded from 100% PHA, developed as a compostable replacement for aluminum and plastic pods. PHA provides a natural oxygen and moisture barrier that protects ground coffee aroma during shelf life without a metallized laminate, and the material tolerates the high temperatures of espresso extraction. Capsules are home compostable and marine biodegradable, and are dimensionally compatible with Nespresso-format machines and standard single-serve brewers.

PHA Cup Lids
Injection molded lids made from 100% PHA that complete a fully compostable cup system. Conventional plastic and PLA lids are the component most often left behind when brands switch to paper cups, because paper cups themselves are rarely compostable and PLA lids soften in hot service. PHA lids resist heat to 85°C, snap securely onto paper and PHA cups, and are home compostable and marine biodegradable with no PFAS treatment. Available as flat lids for cold drinks and dome lids for beverages with foam, cream, or toppings.

PHA Food Containers
Takeout and food service containers molded and thermoformed from 100% PHA, built to replace plastic and expanded foam clamshells, bowls, and trays. The material is naturally oil and grease resistant without any fluorinated (PFAS) treatment, which is the property that foam and coated paper rely on and that regulators are now restricting. Containers hold rigidity to 85°C for hot mains, survive freezer temperatures to -20°C, and are home compostable and marine biodegradable at end of life.

PHA Produce Bags
Fresh produce bags extruded from 100% PHA film, replacing the thin single-use plastic bags still used at grocery produce sections, bakery counters, and farmers markets. The film is micro-perforated to allow gas exchange, which extends shelf life of leafy greens, herbs, and soft fruit by preventing moisture buildup. Bags are food contact safe, tear resistant enough for retail handling, and clear enough for produce inspection and barcode scanning. Supplied on rolls or in perforated tear-off packs.

PHA Pellets for Injection Molding
Virgin PHA resin grades formulated specifically for injection molding, with melt flow index in the 5-30 g/10min range to fill thin-wall tooling quickly and release cleanly. Because PHApack controls the process from indigenous bacterial strain cultivation through green extraction to compounding, the resin arrives at 99.5% purity with tight lot-to-lot consistency, which is what keeps cycle times stable and scrap rates low in production. Food grade is standard; medical grade is available on request. More than 50 formulations are held in the library, and trial orders start at 100 kg so processors can validate before committing to volume.

PHA Pellets for Film Extrusion
Virgin PHA resin grades for blown and cast film lines, with melt flow index in the 1-10 g/10min range to give the melt strength needed for stable bubble formation and consistent gauge. PHBV and P34HB grades are supplied for different film performance targets: PHBV offers higher stiffness and barrier for packaging film, while P34HB gives better elongation and toughness for bags that must carry load. All grades are marine biodegradable and home compostable, which is what allows finished film products to carry TÜV and BPI certification rather than an industrial-compost-only claim.

PHA 3D Printing Filament & Pellets
Biodegradable additive manufacturing material supplied as 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament or as pellets for direct pellet extrusion printers. The formulation targets MFI 3-15 g/10min, giving smooth extrusion at 170-200°C nozzle temperature with low warping and good interlayer adhesion — the two failure modes that make most biodegradable filaments difficult to print. Heat resistance to 140°C is well above PLA, so printed parts can be used in warm environments without softening. Medical grade resin is available for prototypes and tooling that contact skin or food.

PHA Biodegradable Mulch Film
Agricultural mulch film extruded from 100% PHA, designed to be tilled into the soil at the end of the growing season instead of being stripped, collected, and landfilled. Conventional PE mulch leaves fragments in the field for decades and costs growers significant labor and disposal fees to remove; oxo-degradable film simply breaks into smaller plastic pieces faster. PHA film is consumed by soil microorganisms, returning carbon to the soil with no microplastic residue, while still delivering the agronomic functions growers need: soil temperature control, moisture retention, and weed suppression.

PHA Agricultural Netting
Crop support, shade, and protection netting extruded from 100% PHA, replacing plastic agricultural net that must be pulled from the field and disposed of at the end of each season. Plastic net is one of the most labor-intensive items to remove because it tangles around trellis wire, stakes, and crop residue, and fragments left behind persist in soil for decades. PHA netting is soil biodegradable and marine biodegradable, leaving zero microplastic residue, which matters particularly for coastal farms and operations near waterways.
